SOFT SKILLS PROGRAMME

POPUP’s Call Centre skills programme is a hands-on programme where learners with Grade 12 certificates are trained in basic Call Centre skills. Good communication skills in English and a high level of self-confidence is a must.

5 days (2 days theoretical training at POPUP and 3 days practical training at a Call Centre (8:00 – 15:00 weekdays).
